She is a Business Lawyer by the University of Deusto with a long professional career in the field of People Management in national and international companies or company groups, in the services and industrial sectors, public and private, with sizes between 300 and 3000 employees. She holds a Master’s Degree in HR by the University of Deusto, and a MBA Executive by the Business Administration School.

Currently and since May 2007 she holds the position of Human Resources Management and Quality at the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum, which she combines with the role of Secretary of the Executive Committee of MUTUALIA (Mutual Insurance Company Collaborator with Social Security no. 2). She is also a representative of the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum at the Board of Directors of the aforementioned Mutual Insurance Company.
