Gunter Pauli

Economist, entrepreneur and author. Dedicated to the radical transformation of business and society.

During the last 25 years, Gunter Pauli has supported more than 200 innovative projects related to improving the planet.

He is currently an advisor for the Government of Argentina and the Government of Kazakhstan to design a sustainable economic growth strategy.

Gunter Pauli has published 22 books and more than 200 articles in the press and scientific journals. He is the author of the book “The Blue Economy”. This concept is notable for imitating the behaviour of natural ecosystems. The Blue Economy philosophy is based on three principles:

1. Be inspired by nature
2. Change the rules of the game
3. Focus on what is available locally
