Iñigo Losada

Iñigo Losada is a Professor of the University of Cantabria School of Civil Engineering and Research Director of IHCantabria, where he also coordinates the department of Climate, Energy and Infrastructures. He has more than 30 years of experience in research and transfer projects in the field of sustainability in coastal areas. In climate change he has developed methodologies and tools for risk analysis and adaptation for public administrations and companies in more than 30 countries. In addition to participating in several IPCC reports he has worked intensively on the assessment of climate change risks and adaptation in ports, and is the co-author of international guides.
