Rocío López Picón is the Head of the Environmental Division of the Port of Huelva. She is responsible for environmental controls over port operations, infrastructure works, and actions developed in the Public Domain, with particular impact on areas such as the energy transition, conservation, and environmental prevention.

Rocío López Picón is a Spanish representative of the Environmental Commission (EnviCom) of the PIANC, and Secretary of the Environmental Sustainability Committee of the Spanish Technical Association of Ports and Coasts (ATPYC).
